This project was created in 2021 to help answer typical questions relating to road safety data, evidence and statistics; and to signpost readers to further sources of information. It is not a repository of information itself and is edited and maintained by members of the Analysts Network with support from the Agilysis team.

Local authorities, police forces and road safety partnership already publish a variety of data, often in the form of interactive maps and dashboards. Here you can find links to many of these publishes sources.
Sources of data
The aim is not to duplicate or re-index all available data but to simply signpost key datasets and data owners. The list may include
other data sources that are required to understand more about road safety.
Apps and tools to analyse road safety data, either incorporating data, or requiring this to be imported. The focus is on free-to-access, online tools but the list will also include commercial software used in Great Britain.
